Amy Keegan Safranekis a learning and development practitioner. Nothing thrills Amymore than being in spaces where people areinvesting in their development,locatingtheir voice and accessing their power in ways they have not before. Amy began hercareer on the Obama campaign in 2008. She worked at the grassroots level, helping tobuild voter contact programs in Colorado, Arizona and Florida. After the 2012 campaign,she developedthe training program for the national non–profit, Enroll America, to helpconnect uninsured Americans to Obamacare. Her most recent work was at the ObamaFoundation, where she was a founding member of the People Team and helpedestablish foundational components of their HR infrastructure, including performancemanagement, manager training, and REDI–centered programs, including the launch ofaffinity groups. Amy graduated from theUniversity of Colorado with a degree inEnvironmental Policy. Amy lives in Los Angeles and spends most of her time with hercats, eating meals with her partner Scott, and learning to play a few chords on theguitar.
