Summary:
Service Never Sleeps partnered with Building for Mission to strengthen its internal HR infrastructure and provide strategic coaching to key leaders. With a small team balancing many responsibilities, SNS sought guidance on implementing core HR systems and navigating leadership challenges. BFM conducted an HR audit, supported priority-setting for the year, and delivered tailored coaching on hiring and onboarding, performance management, decision-making, and workplace culture. The result: a stronger, more confident leadership team equipped to grow a values-aligned, sustainable organization.
