Summary:
Over a three-year partnership, Building for Mission supported GlobalGiving in deepening its organizational commitment to organizational values and culture. A cornerstone of this work was BFM’s customized executive coaching for GlobalGiving’s senior leadership team.
Each executive received a tailored 360 assessment, followed by three one-on-one coaching sessions. These sessions created space for individual reflection, built capacity for navigating culture-related leadership challenges, and aligned leaders around shared values and language.
In parallel, BFM supported the full organization through learning sessions and trained internal facilitators for dialogue series. Through executive coaching, we laid the foundation: deepening trust, shifting leadership mindsets, and equipping the team to lead values-based efforts with clarity and courage.
Leaders consistently rated their experience highly, with an average of 4.6/5 for how coaching supported their ability to show up as a leader, and 4.7/5 expressing they would work with a BFM coach again.
