Summary:
As part of the RISE Program, Community Wealth Partners selected BFM to provide tailored talent and leadership development support to four BIPOC-led organizations. These organizations are receiving multi-year support for organizational strengthening, and each is navigating key inflection points around management structure, leadership transitions, and staff development.
BFM partnered with each organization to design customized solutions grounded in their strategic goals. Across the cohort, our work has included building management training infrastructure, clarifying leadership models, and creating formal pathways for staff development and advancement. Whether the need was scaling internal capacity, onboarding new managers, or supporting executive restructuring, BFM’s approach focused on practical tools, personalized coaching, and systems aligned with the mission and culture of each organization.
