Organizational Support for Executive Leaders

As you look toward the rest of 2026, the question isn’t whether your mission is compelling — it’s whether your organization and leadership team are positioned to deliver the outcomes your community expects. Take BFM’s organizational assessment or have a conversation with Tamika to identify where strategy, structure, and leadership alignment may need strengthening.

BFM’s Organization Assessment

This short leadership assessment is designed to help leaders pause and evaluate whether their current organizational structure is keeping pace with where the organization is headed.

There are no right or wrong answers. The goal is simply to surface where your structure may be supporting your goals—and where it may be creating friction over time. At the end of the assessment, you’ll receive:

  • A brief summary of what your responses may indicate
  • A free resource to help you think through next steps
  • An option to talk things through if questions come up

This assessment takes just a few minutes to complete.

Do we have a shared, clearly articulated set of annual goals or priorities that leadership teams consistently reference in decision-making?
Are team and department priorities explicitly mapped to our annual goals?
Can every role in the organization be clearly connected to at least one strategic priority or outcome?
Are we leveraging the skills and capacities of our team members to achieve our strategic priorities?
Are decision-making authority, accountability, and escalation paths clearly defined to address when things go off track?
