Tamika Mason is the Founder and CEO of Building for Mission, a talent consulting firm that helps organizations align people, culture, and systems with their mission.

With over 20 years of experience as a leader, entrepreneur, and HR strategist, Tamika partners with executive teams across sectors to help them lead change intentionally and sustainably.

A Certified SHRM-SCP and SPHR professional, Tamika has guided organizations to scale — from teams of 50 to 900 across more than 25 cities. She is the creator of TalentEQ, a people-centered framework for HR strategy, and a proud member of the BOW Collective and the BOW’s Speaker’s Bureau, representing top Black women entrepreneurs driving over $1.7 billion in collective impact.
